What's customization service?

• Customization service means the standard version cannot meet your business model or cannot support your special NAS.
• Customization service means you want us to do some modification in order to support your business model or our special NAS.
• Customization service means you can have your specific database table structure and web interface.

How to get customization service?

• Please download PowerRadius and have a test.
• Use PowerRadius  and record some detailed log.
• Please send us the detailed log and tell us what modification you want us to do.
• We will read your mail and answer you if we can do it and the price if we can.
• You pay the basic customization fee.
• We do the modification for you.
• You test the modified version and pay the project fee when the test is ok.

The price of customization service?

• Basic customization fee: US$1000, (please pay it as extra 200 users license fee).
• Project fee: US$1000 / feature.
• If you give us an article about your network configuration or the story of your business model and , we may quit the basic customization fee.
